From recruitment through Draft Day, the work focused on elevating the athlete experience while reinforcing the agency’s brand presence at every moment. Led creative and brand execution across all events, overseeing personalized gifting, Pro Day merchandise, and branded venue environments. Managed sponsor integration, large scale signage, and on-site visual application across multiple locations. Collaborated on content strategy, art direction, and design for social creative and event collateral, managing approvals and rollout in real time. Supported partner initiatives through marketing materials and pitch decks, and was featured on BET’s Klutch Academy, highlighting the behind the scenes of talent development and branding.
